Blood in urine: Blood in urine is never good. Was urine a clean catch midstream. The dipsticks are not very accurate. What did microscopic exam of urine show (from a clean catch mid stream sample)?

Been experiencing chronic UTI symptoms for over a year. UA and cultures always negative. Independent lab reports 2 types of staph in urine, vaginal swab negative. 10 doctors say nothing is wrong with me but I burn ALL THE TIME!!
