Better Balance: There is probably a better way to promote weight loss then just eating porridge and greens. Consider a high vegetable and protein based diet with low complex carbs and low glycemic foods. Its not always how many calories you consume, its type of calories. Regular exercise is crucial to furthering weight loss. While you can likely survive on the diet you mentioned. Better ways to exist!
