Yes. Symptoms of HTN: The headaches can be due to the blood pressure being so high. A blood pressure this high can rupture a weakened blood vessel (aneurysm) & / or cause a stroke. With symptoms, you should go to the ER to lower your blood pressure (gradually) before something disastrous happens. Hypertension (HTN) is the "silent killer".
