Wide pulse pressure: If those numbers are accurate the bottom number (diastolic) is a bit low. If your getting dizzy when you stand up (orthostatic dizziness) that would make sense, might be time to see the doctor. Have them check your BP laying down and then standing. See if it or your heart rate changes. Might want to do some blood tests for anemia as well. They will listen to your heart for a murmur too.
