Could be: everyone takes a different amount of time to recover from surgery. THis could be normal post op or something else brewing. any other symptoms? fever? pain? does it feel like your still have appendicitis? Is better than immediately after surgery? If getting worse or not improving after 2- 3 weeks you may need some testing. ask your surgeon
