Toe problems : It could be due to nerve compression either from swelling due to standing or possibly due to some deformity of the foot. See a doctor for an examination as you may also need referral for test

Check your shoes: for proper size. Its also possible you have a nerve impingement in your lower back. An MRI or EMG/NCV can help with figuring that out.
