Nerve pressure: It sound like, from time to time, there is pressure on one of the small digital nerves that provide sensation to your toes. If you're on your feet a lot, try experimenting with different shoes if your company allows it. Wearing a show with more room at the toe and more flexible material may give your "piggies" more wiggle room. This is NOT an early sign of diabetes.
