Armpit Boil: Hydraadenitis suppurativa Best is to use OTC Safeguard soap( Antibacterial ) and cleanse daily for two weeks Also Hibiclens Soap ( Chlorhexidine Gluconate Soap) . If not better in three days you need to go to your doctor for oral Antibiotic Therapy. (Minocin or Bactrim DS) for two weeks! Staphylococcus aureus is usually the culprit!
