For 2 years i had sin 1 result from pap test, this year had an abscess in right breast removed now i have a lump in my left arm pit, is it cancer ?

I'll bet no: At your age, without anything to suggest serious bad disease in your cervix (this doesn't metastasize to armpit anyway), no lymphoma-type symptoms (fever / wt loss / sweats) or anything except an abscess in the breast (you're really young for breast cancer), I'd urge you to get a good physical exam and maybe a mammogram to decide whether to even pursue the possibility of a this being tumor.
