A member asked:

Right tonsil slightly bigger than left been like that for awhile could it be lymphoma?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

We are asymmetrical: We humans are asymmetrical, which means the left and right tonsils are usually not the same size in each person. Many times they are similar in size, but sometimes they are notably different in size... but that is the norm. "Anything is possible" in life, including any and all scary diseases we know of, but a normal, healthy young adult need not think of lymphoma if he only has tonsil asymmetry.
