Yes: Tonsils can get infected with he flu virus whether you have a lymphoma or not. When you have the flu you can infect someone by kissing coughing sneezing talking to them or shaking their hands. You can infect others up to 3 feet away.

Question unclear...: Lymphoma is a type of cancer and is not contagious (does not spread from person to person). People with cancer including lymphoma may have decreased immunity and may be more likely to get infected. Infections can spread from person to person, with or without cancer.
