Tonsil asymmetry: When one tonsil is much larger than the other, the potential for lymphoma is a consideration and in the differential diagnosis. Asymmetry is a surgical indication for tonsillectomy. My advice would be to see an ENT doctor. If they agree that your tonsils are unequal, then you should have tonsillectomy and the tonsils will be evaluated in the lab for final diagnosis.
