Transient moderate neutropenia (0.6451.5 after 10 days), low CD4 (348), CD4/CD8 ratio 0.98, bone marrow biopsy = mildly hypocellular and aberrant partial CD56 expression on granulo/monocytes, HIV -ve, 2% atypical lymphs, bad fatigue. Any ideas??

Dr said my blood test is essentially normal was a tcell phenotype with high cd8 normal at 931 normal cd4 cd8 cd45ra naive was high at 735 why does he say normal and does this point to anything concern?
Would blood flow cytometry and peripheral blood smear tests more than likely detect leukemia and lymphoma? normal results. person also had normal CT scans so no swollen nodes, only persistent mild lymphocytosis as the reason for these tests?
