When you have infected tonsil and it's lymphoma can you kiss someone and they get tonsillitis?

Needs clarification: Infected tonsils and lymphoma are two completely different things (lymphoma is a type of cancer). Having said that, yes if one has an acute tonsillitis, they can spread it to someone if they are playing tonsil hockey (kissing) with someone else....[unfortunately that will be the only hockey we will see for awhile due to the nhl lockout :( ].
