Depends on the: type of lymphoma. Some people with drug induced or natural immunodeficiency develop lymphoma and those people will have difficulty with infections. Some lymphomas cause immune deficiency and would make a person more susceptible to infections. Other early stage lymphomas may not have any effect on response to infection.
