If someone has lymphoma in the their tonsil and it's infected and then kiss someone can they give them the infection in their tonsils, not lymphoma just infection?

Yes infection: Any throat infection (pharyngitis, tonsilitis) can be spread by close contact such as kissing (unrelated to the lymphoma).

Possible : Cant catch lymphoma . Some infections may be transmissible. There also may be viral infection (ebv) which could actually lead to cancer.
