I have a 5mm cyst in midpole of rt kidney posteriorly and 2.5 mm hypodensity in lower pole as well. asymptomatic. is there cause for concern?

Probably not: A small kidney cyst is of no concern. The 2.5mm "hypodensity" is likely an additional tiny cyst that is simply too small to diagnose accurately as a cyst on CT.
