Polycystic kidneys?: There is a condition called polycystic kidney disease in which there are multiple cysts within the substance of the kidneys. They may not be detectable early in life, but as one gets older, the cysts grow and may become more numerous. Often, tests/scans are being done for other reason, but findings such as your is suspicious for pkd. Follow-up with doc for periodic monitoring. Good luck.
