I have focal scarring on upper and lower poles of the left and right kidneys. also i have a simple cyst that measures at 4.7 cm on my left kidney. should i be concerned about the scarring or the cyst?

If your kidney function is normal there is nothing to worry about. Just have periodic followups with the Urologist to keep an eye on both. Good luck
