About 40 hours: The elimination half-life of lorazepam is about 12 hours on average; so, assuming such averages, it takes 3.3 half-lives to eliminate 90% from a given body; thus about 39.6 hours. However, the effects would be gone earlier than that since the levels in the body would not be sufficient to cause an effect.

My drug screen results were negative, why? I take percocet and ativan (lorazepam) on a daily basis, my screen results did not find them in my system. Knowing that i take my meds daily, i cannot understand why they did not show.
