It depends...: On what you were using it for and what dose you were on. If you were using it for insomnia, you might find that you are sleeping better even after just one sleepless night off it. If you were on a large dose, you should taper it off slowly to avoid a seizure. For many people, Lorazepam is prescribed because of an anxiety disorder, and that doesn't go away on its own. Talk to your doctor.
