No need to wait.: The change has been likely done because Xanax (alprazolam) 1mg qD wasn't covering your daily anxiety symptoms, .Is that right? My concern is that lorazepam 5mg po BID is quite much more than what you were taking. A better transition is starting with lorazepam 1mg po TID..
