Data incomplete: Dosing is based both on patient size and the problem being treated. You need less for a urinary tract infection because this med is concentrated in the pee.You need intermediate dosing for the throat where blood gets to the problem easily.You need more for ears or sinuses where the med has to work to get to the germ.Knowing what you are treating & the frequency of the dose would permit an answer
