Doubt it: You didn't list the recommended dose or what was being treated.I'll assume you just over did it . There should not be any problem beyond running out early, by then it may be okay to stop.You can review the issue with your doc's staff sometime.

Don't feel horrible: The safety range for Amoxicillin is very wide and the dose you gave will do not harm .
