My 4 y/o has strep throat. my 6 y/o has it and is on amox 2x/day. my son is complaining of sore throat and i see puss pockets?

Pus pockets: Pus pockets can be a part of strep throat. Unclear whether both children are on Amoxicillin. They both should continue on Amoxicillin. Followup with doctor if both children are not on amoxicillin.
