No. Uroflow. Urolog: The MRI won't help u to a diagnosis, given that nothing has been found on ultrasound & other tests so far. The best test is a uroflow study (a test to determine how much your bladder holds & the volume flow rate thru the urethra). If, by exam & tests, ur prostate is enlarged, uroflow study isn't necessary (but 20 is too young for ur prostate 2b enlarged). A good Urologist should guide u thru test
