Promising: There are many causes for pelvic pain. The test results you have shared sound very reasonable. Talk to you doctor about whether a diagnostic laparoscopy might help shed additional light on the nature of your pain. Endometriosis is one example of a pain-related diagnosis that is hard to document on scans and on lab work.

Ovarian cancer: Although there is no screening test for ovarian cancer, you have had tests that would help show it if it is present. There are many more common causes of pain (endometriosis, adhesions, interstitial cystitis ...) which are much more likely.
