Placental grade: Placental grading refers to a ultrasound grading system of the placenta based on its maturity. This primarily affects the extent of calcifications. Usually Grade 0-3 with zero being the earliest 2nd trimester and 3 being over 39 weeks. So, the grade only matters if you know the gestational age. Also 'fundal' is a locator, not just ant/post. Fundus is topside.
