Probable fibroids: This probably means that you have small fibroids. These are the most common tumors of the female reproductive tract and almost never are or become cancerous. You only worry about them when they cause symptoms. Adenomyosis (internal endometriosis) can cause heterogenaity but does not usually show up on ultrasound.

Calcification: womb: Small calcified areas are not uncommon in the wall of the uterus. If this was an ultrasound finding, it could also represent an end on picture of a blood vessel, which has calcium deposits in the wall. It is not dangerous, but more common in ages above 30-35.

My uterus is retroverted, endometrium is hyperechoic what does that mean?

Retroverted: uterus is a normal anatomic variation....it means the uterus is tilted towards your back within your pelvis. The endometrium can also normally be hyperechoic, particularly in the secretory phase of your cycle. In the absence of other findings it is probably OK

No: I would label this as normal uterine and endometrium findings. Not sure why the ultrasound was done.
