Parasite?: In your part of the world, parasitic infection would be high on the list. Although this is suggestive of an allergic reaction, there may be other causes for the fatigue and elevated eosinophils. You did not mention how long this has been present. If it has been over a month, it is a good idea to consult your doctor or an allergist. The eos ct is obviously high.

I recently had routine cbc. Absolute Eosinophils Came back high at 712. Wbc 7.1, rbc 4.81, hemoglobin 13.8, platelets 301, MCHC 32.2 which is borderline normal. I had cold/ little cough few days ago. Can this be leukemia or something dangerous?
What does it mean for a kid if WBC and RBC count is normal while differential is not ( neutrophils low, monocytes a bit high, eosinophils high ) ?
