By definition, anemia is low RBC count or its surrogate measures, hematocrit and hemoglobin levels. Therefore, you are not anemic. However, you may be iron deficient and on the verge of iron deficiency anemia. But your blood counts do not explain your fatigue, dizziness, or other symptoms. No way to even guess other causes; many other conditions could be responsible. See your doctor. Good luck.
