Get consult: Labs never tell a complete story, but these labs say to me, "pernicious anemia until proved otherwise." you are clearly not happy with your physician and it is time to get a second opinion. Good luck.

Low RBC and fatigue: You need to go back to your physician, or whomever ordered the blood test. You have a low rbc, and i assume, by that, you are anemic. With a high mcv, you may have a b-12 or folate (folic acid) deficient anemia. See your physician asap to discuss your anemia's its cause and treatment. Also, get a referral to a cardiologist to evaluate your cardiac function once your anemia is no longer a problem.
