I see that she is: one year old. Has she had her MMR vaccine yet (measles, mumps, rubella)? If so, it is unlikely that this is mumps. Also, the location does not sound like mumps. I would still recommend having it checked by her doctor. An enlarged lymph node is a sign of an infection. It may be viral and not need treatment, but best to have it checked to be sure.
