That would not be: At the top of my list. A single swollen gland without other symptoms such as fever, fatigue, headache, swollen testicles, is most likely parotitis. Causes include: viral infection, blockage by stone, small tumor, bacterial infection. Suggest you see an otolaryngologist for another opinion.
