Pulmonary hypertensi: If the rest of the echocardiogram findings appeared technically ok, I doubt that the procedure was flawed. Your finding suggests mild to moderate pulmonary hypertension and I recommend that a cardiologist evaluate you and look for causes of elevated pulmonary artery pressure. Have test repeated..: You need to have a repeat echo done to be certain. Was the rest of the test normal? Why did you have the test done in the first place? If possible, have the repeat echo done by someone else. If the same result is obtained, you may need further testing. See a cardiologist if the next echo is also abnormal. Good luck!!!
