Further testing should clarify the status of one's coronary arteries, blood pressure and pulmonary status and an aggressive diagnostic and therapeutic approach should improve one's symptoms and prognosis.

An evaluation from a pulmonary standpoint may help, imaging and pulmonary function tests specifically as to ruling in or out lung pathology in case your symptoms are not believed to be cardiac in nature.
