I have had chest ex-rays, a echo, ultrasound, blood test and yet still have chest pain. is there another test that can explain to me what is wrong?

Other suggestions: Sometimes the source is related to muscular/skeletal pain, reflux, or an irregular heart beat. If it has not already been completed, a 12 lead EKG should be performed.
