When i stand up, my blood sugar raises above 150s and then drops in few minutes very fast, feeling faint and out of breath. i can't stand up. my sugars back to normal only when i lay down. i have pvcs and a mini stroke last week, is this an emergency?

The symptoms described need evaluation by a cardiologist, especially when accompanied by "feeling faint and short of breath". If you cannot get an immediate appointment with a cardiologist, go to an emergency room.
