I do not believe so: Hickies are just a bruise of the skin, that should not cause cancer.

No: Life's too difficult as is, and loving is too much fun, to listen to people making up scare stories like this. If it doesn't mutate genes (and a hickie won't do that), and it doesn't cause severe long-term turnover of cells (ditto), it won't cause cancer. Anything in ridiculous doses can increase cancer risk (there's junk work on lab rats that capitalizes on this). Love reasonably & be happy.
