Worried?: At your age, and assuming you don't have a strong family history? Don't worry, be happy. But i would suggest you get it checked by your family doc or gyn anyways. Breast cancer is still possible (if very unlikely) at your age and furthermore, there may be something else going on that needs attention. Best to you.

Not likely: You're very young and that sounds like a simple skin rash. If it doesn't go away soon see your divot or dermatologist.
