NO: I have no idea what you mean by "spider" cancer but it may be some local term for the process. Many cancer patients will develop bruises at times during their chemo treatments or from the disease. Bruises or hickeys do not turn into cancer.Some collections of cancerous leukemia cells can appear to be bruises under the skin.
