Could be a swollen lymph node. Occasionally when there is a vaccination, sinus infection, sore throat, ear infection or other local infection, the lymph nodes in the neck and behind the ear can become "activated" and fill with immune cells and other immune components. This means that your immune system may be fighting off some kind of infection. If it lasts longer than 2-3 weeks, talk to your Dr.
