Ive had hip/groin pain for 2 years, Ive had both a mri and x-ray which showed nothing. The first mri showed I had stress fractures but now nothing. I did physical therapy for a year, didnt help. Now seeing pain management, not helping. What now?

Right foot pain. X-ray shows diffuse sclerosis of the medial and lateral hallux sesamoids can be seen in sesamoiditis, although the hallux sesamoids on the contralateral foot have a similiar appearance. If indicated, consider MRI. What is this?
