Right foot pain. x-ray shows diffuse sclerosis of the medial and lateral hallux sesamoids can be seen in sesamoiditis, although the hallux sesamoids on the contralateral foot have a similiar appearance. if indicated, consider mri. what is this?

Did not say where pain is located. What causes the pain. The X-ray findings do not mean anything. They can be normal findings.
