My ultrasound showed thyroid nodules that are "interdeterminant" the report says with a follow up ultrasound needed in 1 year. what is that?

"Indeterminate": is not a very specific conclusion, and without any further description or review of the images, it is difficult to speculate what is the basis for the follow up recommendation. Best bet is to talk to your doc about the results.
