Good Luck.: There is really no way of knowing for sure. Factors influencing post-operative swelling include, age, location, size, activity level and tissue disruption from the surgery are just a few. Some never swell and some can swell for extended periods. Follow the post-operative instructions and avoid over use until the wound can get a good start at healing.
