Stone vs ribs: It would be good to know exactly where on your side. It could be kidney stones if near the flank, but it could also be rib pains or muscle spasms. Try to stretch the area out a lot, drink plenty of water in case it's a stone. Watch for any blood in the urine and if it gets worse make sure to get seen. But otherwise you'd be safe to watch it.
