Was skating n i ended up hitting a disk on my back between shoulder blades.bruise went away but still hurts a week later. sometimes hurts to breath,flex arm n get up. disk feels swollen and tender when i touch it. sharp pain on the right side of disk?

See below: You may have injured one of the bones in your back or even a rib. The discs are much deeper than just below the skin and you can't actually feel them. See your physician for further workup. Sound like you might need an x-ray.

Contusion: This contusion type injury to your back would take 7-10 days to resolve. However if the discomfort isn't gradually improving or remains very tender, an examination by a physician is warranted. An xray of the spine may be recommended.
