Back: Likely just muscle pain with spasm. Use Motrin and heat to area. However, if you are short of breath or dizzy you should see your doctor. Any leg pain and or swelling if so see your doctor. If you smoke and you are on birth control you are at risk for blood clots which can cause chest or upper back pain.
