Abn echo: EF is a bit low. Would discuss with your cardiologist. may need a catheterization to look at the vessels and see if any occluded ( even at your age) because if vessels are stenosed opening them may help Also discuss cardiac bridging w/ your MD Medications may help as well. Sometimes if due to acute infection the heart improves wi/meds and monitoring..f/u /w/ cardiology.
